•No minors allowed at the shop even if they are not getting work.
•Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48 hours before the appointment or the deposit is not refundable.
•Please do not get have sunburns or damaged skin at the time of your appointment! We will not be able to provide the service.

•Eat, hydrate, and lotion the area a few days leading up to the appointment for best results.
•We also cannot tattoo you under the influence so no substances day of the appointment.
•No tattoos if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
•We are always happy to accommodate any needs for your appointment so please let us know ahead of time if you have any concerns!

•We do have a dog at the shop so if you have allergies or anything please let us know ahead of time.
•Free touch ups are done within a year max of getting your tattoo and are only for if you follow our healing instructions and lost some ink. It does not cover improper aftercare like if you swam, got sun damage, or were unclean.
